Face and Neck Lift
Loose skin of the face and neck commonly develops after weight loss, making a young person look significantly older than their actual age. The face lift and/or neck lift removes and lifts sagging skin. With advanced techniques, an “over-pulled” look is avoided and all incisions in a well hidden area.
The placement of breast implants, or breast augmentation, can restore reduced breast volume after weight loss. The incisions are well hidden and the recovery is minimal. Sometimes, a breast lift procedure maybe recommended along with a breast augmentation.
Breast Reduction Surgery
Female breast reduction surgery involves the removal of excess skin, fat, and breast tissue. Along with decreasing the breast size, a breast reduction surgery may also be combined with a breast lift procedure. This surgery results in improved appearance of the breasts and a reduction in symptoms such as back pain and shoulder pain often attributed to the weight of large breasts. Learn more about
Male Breast Reduction Surgery
During male breast reduction surgery, or gynecomastia surgery, excess skin, fat, or breast tissue is removed. This may be done though liposuction, direct excision, or a combination of both. The incisions are placed in areas that are well hidden. This surgery dramatically improves self-esteem and makes men feel more comfortable in social situation where the chest is exposed.
During the arm lift procedure, the excess skin and fat is removed, which commonly hangs from the upper arms after weight loss. The scar is placed within the underarm area, along the inside of the upper arm.
During the tummy tuck or abdominoplasty procedure, lower abdominal skin and fat is removed and tightening of the underlying abdominal muscle is performed.
Upper Body Lift
The upper body lift procedure involves removing the excess skin and fat from the arms, upper back, and bra line. The procedure outcome may benefit from additional procedures such as breast lift or breast reduction or gynecomastia to be performed at the same time. The upper body lift will improve the entire area above the waist.
Lower Body Lift
The majority of patients, both male and female, undergo what’s called a lower body lift. This technique involves removing excess skin from around the entire waistline, hips, thighs and buttocks. The lower body lift procedure is the surgical equivalent of “pulling up your pants.” It combines a tummy tuck, buttock lift, and outer thigh lift into one operation. This procedure is among the most powerful body contouring procedures for after your weight loss. Recovery from a lower body lift usually requires a couple of nights in the hospital post-operatively.
During the butt lift procedure, an incision is created in a well-hidden area and excess skin and fat is removed, while lifting the underlying tissue. The result is an improved shape to the buttock area. An additional procedure known as the Brazilian Buttock Lift, which uses your own fat which is injected into the buttock area, results in an improved shape. This may be performed with a Buttock Lift procedure.
The thigh lift procedure involves trimming excess skin and underlying tissue from the outer and/or inner thigh area. The thigh lift may involve liposuction to improve your result.
